  • Where is the store based?

    Concord, CA

  • What company do you use to ship packages?

    We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service at the Media Mail rate if possible. First-Class and Priority rates are also used when appropriate. International orders ship via First-Class International and UPS.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes! Standard international shipping rates should be automatically calculated during checkout.

    However, shipping to the EU has become more complicated due to changes in VAT fees starting ini July 2021. In some cases, orders may be refunded entirely or asked to pay additional shipping. We're sorry for any confusion this might cause. Please reach out if you have any questions.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All orders are processed and shipped within 1 week unless notified otherwise. US orders take around 2-7 days for delivery. International orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

  • What about damaged items?

    Please take a photo of the damage and let us know. We're happy to replace the books or refund you in the case that anything arrives in an unreasonable condition.

  • What's the status of my pre-order shipment?

    Pre-orders will ship within 24 hours of the book's arrival from the printer.

    Purchases involving multiple titles will ship once the pre-order book is available, and not before. In certain cases, a partial shipment will be made. But to avoid confusion, if you're unsure please email us beforehand to discuss the details of your order. Or simply place any pre-order as a separate transaction.

  • How do I download the digital PDF of a comic?

    After you place your order, we will email you a download link. This feature is not automated, but we will try to email you as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience!

  • What about wholesale purchases?
